My assessment for grillshop.at Tremendous Preise - und vor allem tremendous Kundenservice. Leider kam mein Huge Inexperienced Egg beschädigt an. Der Store conflict ohne nennenswerte Wartezeit telefonisch erreichbar. Nach schriftlicher Meldung des Schadens wurde vom Chef sofort nach einer für mich optimalen Lösung gesucht. Nach interner Klärung meldete sich der Chef nur wenige Stunden später mit einer sehr guten Lösung. Im Gegensatz zu Mitbewerbern wurde nicht nur das defekte Teil ausgetauscht, sondern gleich der ganze Grill, so dass ich nicht an den vormontierten Teilen schrauben musste. Das ist im Sinne des Kunden. Die Abholung durch eine Spedition wurde sofort veranlasst. Innerhalb von 4 Tagen hatte ich einen neuen, unbeschädigten Grill. Das ist unglaublich schnell, wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich um einen Speditionsauftrag aus Österreich handelt. Auch ein Fehler im Store-Angebot wurde vom Chef sofort korrigiert und sehr, sehr intestine in meinem Sinne gelöst. Aufgrund dieses hervorragenden Kundenservice, obwohl vieles (zum Teil unverschuldet) schief gelaufen ist, werde ich in Zukunft Grillprodukte nur noch beim Grillshop.at kaufen.
