I can't say enough good things about my experience with Growers House. When I purchased a photontek sq300 from their website, the light functioned beautifully, until it didn't. Unfortunately, it died after just 6 weeks. Dealing with Photontek's customer service was a nightmare. It took them a week to respond to the team at Growers House, and another 2 weeks to get back to me. I filled out 4 contact forms, only to wait an exasperating 3 weeks to receive a replacement, even with Next Day Air shipping. The experience was beyond frustrating, especially considering the price of the light. I could have bought two other lights in the time it took to resolve the issue. However, Growers House was a shining beacon in this ordeal. They were incredibly responsive, addressing my concerns within just 2 hours of my initial contact. They even offered to replace the light from their own stock, which I declined, feeling that it wasn't their responsibility to rectify the situation. I give Growers House a resounding 8 out of 5 stars for their outstanding customer support and dedication to resolving my issue. As for Photontek, the light itself was nice, but the service left much to be desired. I'll be returning to Growers House for all my future needs.
