VENDEUR A EVITER

My assessment for gt2i.com Très mauvaise expérience avec ce vendeur peu scrupuleux et de mauvaise foi. L'objet acheté (radiateur d'huile) a été reçu endommagé alors que l'emballage ne présentait pas de dommage extérieur obvious. Après avoir proposé un remboursement partiel incompatible avec le dommage subi, le vendeur a accepté le remplacement de l'objet, mais a refusé la prise en cost des frais de retour prétextant tout d'abord que le retour était considéré comme une rétractation (inexact), ensuite qu'il n'avait pas d'accord avec son transporteur pour les retours au départ de la Belgique (il existe des options) et enfin qu'il n'avait pas de recours doable contre le transporteur automotive je n'avais pas signalé le problème au transporteur à la réception du colis (problème qui n'était pas obvious automotive l'emballage ne présentait pas de dommage extérieur). Problème finalement réglé de manière satisfaisante seulement grâce à l'arbitrage de PayPal qui m'a donné raison. Vendeur à éviter.
