Despite carefully selecting a Large swaddle that was supposed to accommodate my 8-month-old, the size I received was not at all what I expected. The website indicated that the Large swaddle was designed for babies weighing 8-12kg, which aligns with 7-18 months. However, upon arrival, the packaging stated it was suitable for 4-6 months, and the actual swaddle appeared too tiny for my baby. Navigating through the return process was another hassle as I realized I would be charged £5.50 for the return shipping, on top of the nearly £8 I had already paid for delivery. This meant that in order to exchange for the correct size, I would essentially incur double the delivery costs. It's safe to say that the service and sizing left much to be desired. With a heavy heart, I cannot overlook the discrepancy between the advertised and actual sizing, as well as the additional expenses and inconvenience incurred due to the return policy. As a customer, it's disheartening to encounter such issues, especially when it involves products for our little ones.
