I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at the Hardee's in Strasburg, Ohio, and I must say, it was truly disheartening. The food was haphazardly thrown into the bag, not even properly wrapped. It seemed like the fries had been carelessly tossed into the bottom of the bag, or perhaps something even worse. The sandwich was a mess, with all the ham pushed to the side, leaving me with a very disappointing meal. What made the experience even more unpleasant was the manager's rude and discourteous behavior. It's truly upsetting when the person in charge is so dismissive of their customers. Despite reaching out to the management about the issues, I was left feeling ignored and unappreciated. This entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I have made the decision to never return to that particular Hardee's location. It's truly a shame when a place that should be known for its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere falls short in such a dramatic way. I hope that my feedback can help bring about positive changes, but for now, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. S

Even the fries, which should have been a highlight, were disappointing, crushed at the bottom of the bag. What's worse, the sandwich I ordered was a mess. The ham, which should have been a centerpiece, was carelessly placed to the side, and the whole thing looked like it had been hastily thrown together. As if the food wasn't disappointing enough, the manager's attitude was the final straw. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and professionalism, the manager was indifferent and downright rude. After leaving the restaurant feeling upset and ignored, I reached out to express my disappointment, hoping for some sort of resolution. However, my attempts were met with silence. It has been two long months of feeling unheard and disregarded. I had hoped for a pleasant dining experience, but my visit to Hardee's in Strasburg, Ohio was nothing short of a letdown. It's disheartening to be treated with such negligence by the management, and I can confidently say that I won't be returning to this establishment. I recently visited Hardee's on a Sunday, September 17th, 2023, and I must say, it was a rather disappointing experience. I decided to try the porkchop biscuit with gravy and ended up waiting for a good 10 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring it out to me. When I finally got my food, I found the porkchop to be fried so intensely that I couldn't even eat around the edges. Additionally, it was overly salted, almost brined, which made it difficult to enjoy. Needless to say, I won't be ordering that item again. However, I must commend Hardee's for their customer service. Despite the food falling short of expectations, the staff was friendly and apologetic. While this visit was a miss, I've had better experiences at other Hardee's locations and hope this was just an off day. I look forward to giving them another chance and hope for a better dining experience next time. In conclusion, my recent visit to Hardee's wasn't the best, but it's not enough to deter me from patronizing them in the future. I recently had the opportunity to dine at Hardee's on Hwy17 in Myrtle Beach, SC, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered my usual favorite, the steak biscuit, but to my dismay, it was undercooked and doughy. Even the steak inside was not fully cooked. My husband's sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit suffered the same fate - it was also undercooked and lacking in flavor. To add to our disappointment, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. My husband had to use the restroom, and the experience was far from pleasant. The floor was sticky, and the restroom itself was not clean. This isn't the first time we've had a negative experience at this particular location, and we have finally made the decision to not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was even disheartening to see some staff members smoking right by the entrance as customers made their way in. I truly hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements because I have always been a fan of Hardee's and would love to see this location regain its former glory. However, what really struck me was the absence of the beloved curly fries from the menu. It was disheartening to see such a popular item discontinued, especially since every customer seemed to be craving it. The food itself didn't quite live up to my expectations, which left me wondering about the decision-making behind these changes. When my family and I were traveling in our RV and happened upon the N Navy Blvd Hardee’s location in Pensacola, Florida, we were in desperate need of a hearty breakfast to fuel our journey. Much to our dismay, the dining room was closed due to understaffing, and our RV was too cumbersome for the drive-thru. Just when our spirits were beginning to wane, two incredible ladies working the window came to our rescue. They took our order with the most genuine warmth and hospitality, turning what could have been a disappointing experience into a wonderful encounter. The egg biscuits and coffee they handed us were not only the hottest we’ve ever had but also incredibly delicious, leaving us completely satisfied and ready to hit the road again. To the amazing ladies who went above and beyond for us on that morning of August 19th, 2023, at around 8:00 am, we are truly grateful. Though we didn't catch their names, their outstanding service and genuine kindness made our stop at Hardee's a memorable one. Thank you for rocking our world with your exceptional service!
