The installation was a breeze, as the pump fit just like the original mercury sea water pump. While the product itself exceeded my expectations, I did encounter some challenges with the technical support team. It was quite difficult to extract information from them, despite their obvious knowledge in the field. I found the experience to be more challenging than getting a tooth pulled! I even received a rather amusing quote from one of the technical support reps, who expressed that his head was going to explode after a few questions. I interacted with multiple members of the tech support team, both over the phone and via email, and unfortunately, I encountered a similar short-fused attitude from each of them. It was disheartening to feel like they were unwilling to spend the time to assist me.
