My assessment for harveynorman.co.nz Can't fee the group at Harvey Norman Wairau Park extremely sufficient. Purchased an oven again in April which sat in my storage till my renovation was prepared for set up on the Thursday earlier than Christmas. After I tried to open the oven on the Friday it wouldn’t open. Harvey Norman have been wonderful - had a technician out to take a look at it inside 2 hours, tried alternative components, confirmed it as a serious fault and an out of field failure after which the Wairau Park group swung into motion. They discovered me an answer with a alternative oven, had it delivered, the defective one eliminated and had a sparky spherical to suit the brand new one all by 5pm. Excellent service and so they went above and past to get me a very good value. Thanks a lot group! K
