I have never encountered such quick turnaround times in handling maintenance requests in all my years of living in apartments. Currently residing in the pristine CORALINA apartments, I have found the space to be not only clean and well-equipped but also conveniently located in Cape Coral. However, one minor setback has been the limitations with the Samsung TVs provided in the apartment. While they offer a wide array of entertainment options, some channels like FOX NEWS CHANNEL, FOX BUSINESS CHANNEL, THE GOLF CHANNEL, THE BIG 10 NETWORK, AND ESPN require a separate streaming subscription. Despite this, the dedicated support from the local team member who personally assisted in addressing this issue showcases The Landing's commitment to ensuring resident satisfaction.
