Highlights not what it use to be.
My evaluation for highlights.com Highlights use to be nice journal however inside the previous couple of years has modified what they attempt to train our youngsters. They use their political opinions within the journal. This was by no means a problem s few years in the past. Additionally their billing and customer support is horrible. They tried extending a subscription by billing my bank card with out my authorization. Fortunately that card had been modified previous to them doing it. Needed to name them TWICE to get it corrected, and the final time I needed to dangle up and name again earlier than I used to be in a position to perceive the customer support rep. It took 13-17 minutes to get somebody to reply the telephone. Then they'd the nerve to do a gross sales pitch on me. D
