Not only did Hits fail to inform us of the changes through email, but they also concealed the substantial hike in costs within the May invoice. The lack of transparency is truly disheartening. If it weren't for the online community, I might not have even noticed the drastic change in pricing hidden within the billing statement. To make matters worse, Hits ceased access to my online account and all previous invoices, creating unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Their expectation for users to register as new customers without explicit instruction is a clear indicator of their disregard for customer experience. The discontinuation of access to the old app without proper guidance to download the "new" Hits app further exemplifies Hits' lack of integrity in handling these changes. A simple email detailing the increased charges and providing clear instructions on retaining access to the account would have been the least they could do.
