Review Description: I am a loyal customer of H&M but have been so disappointed by the manner and behaviour of their customer services team on the phone today. I asked to speak to a manager who went mute when he realised that I wasn’t happy with the outcome of my refund process. He literally stopped responding and just waited for me to hang up. I am gutted and actually feel so upset that people in customer services could be so rude. Will make me think twice about ordering from them again and will share my experience with as many people as I can.

They are blaming the delays on Evri and other couriers but this is not the case they are letting customers order and then using the money to buy stock.. with no intention of ever sending your items. They are making people jump through hopes to get refund and if you are lucky you will get your order 3 weeks later.

Review Description: H&M Australia online experience is brilliant. Items arrive quickly and H&M have one of the best return policies in the business. The return postage label is sent with your items no questions asked with no cost to the consumer. I have bought quite a few items in 2022 and have needed to return items twice, on both occasions I had no issue and was refunded in a timely manner. Definitely recommend online purchases via Australia.

Shocking customer service and no Christmas presents for my children.First order purchased on Black Friday and no delivery from Evri; had to wait ages for refund. Given a discount code so ordered again (at higher than first order value) and once again no delivery and still waiting for refund. Offered another discount, less time for even less - seems like a complete scam.Devastated.

Review Description: I got a coat one year ago and because I have quite a few I didn’t used last year when bought it! I started using recently and after 3/4 times already looks disgusting and full of bubbles. I contact the customer service by email sending pictures and the receipt and the answer was that “ When it comes to any faults or quality issues you have up to 6 months to return an item to us. “ As I know is 2 years by law. Bad quality clothes and bad customer service.
