Missing item from order. Contacted customer service and was told a replacement item would be shipped. Next day received an email that upon investigation distribution said item was included in the package and my replacement order had been canceled. Emailed chatted and called with no resolution. I need to speak to research department. Told I would be contacted 24 hours. Then contacted 23 business days. I will never shop with them again.

Never received parcel Hollister refuse to help
My parcel was left outside my door and got stolen I contacted Royal Mail and they said the sender has to make the claim and refund me. Theres nothing they can do unless the seller claims they said. Hollister refuse to help me or refund me. So lm left with no parcel or refund. Its been months and I dont think I will be getting my parcel or money back. All they have to do is make the claim but cant be bothered and wont even reply to my emails after saying they wont help.

Website has great offers and discounts if youre a member and always get my deliveries earlier than expected. Ordered 4 times now and not had a problem yet. Surprised with all the negative posts.

Chat is ridiculous and unusable. No notifications means I have been disconnected 4 times and still havent had my query resolved. Im certain they would reduce the number of messages received if they just implemented notifications as part of the chat system rather than expectin customers to stare gormlessly at a screen for 10 minutes until someone decides to respond.. People functioning the chat are polite enough and its not their fault that the system their using is seriously letting the customer service experience down.

I really wish I had read the other cruddy reviews before buying. They use the ship date to calculate 30 days. I got CoVID which put me behind on everything. Since it was over 30 days from ship NOT receipt I got store credit that I probably cant use. Ugh
No refund unless you chase
I really like Hollister clothing but feel close to boycotting this brand because of always having to chase for refunds. Twice in the past few months Ive sent large orders back and have waited almost two weeks before contacting them to find out why when I can see via Royal Mail tracking they recieved my return long ago Ive still no sign of getting my money back. I monitor my returns very closely because I dont trust big companies and I feel rightly so in this case because if Id forgotten about them then Im sure my money would stay in Hollisters pocket The things you sell are only as good as your customer service please pay attention to these TrustPilot reviews Hollister. Dont know why all the reviews are so low but Ive been really content with the products Ive received and my overall online shopping experience. Customer Service is very helpful and understanding. The majority of their clothing are cute comfortable and flattering although the quality is a hit or miss with some items. I think Hollister is really stepping up their game for both men and womens clothing. Would recommend
Awful customer service
Ordered something online. But needed to return it. Return via Royal Mail cost 5 fair enough. So I chose the choose own courier method cuz 5 is a lot for a small package. In the return information it says to ship to Swindon uk. But you go through the whole process it says it has to be shipped to Netherlands Unbelievably stupid. They just need to get in the 21st century and provide free returns like EVERY OTHER COMPANY. Nothing wrong with their clothes but dont use their online site
Totally incompetent
Totally incompetent I ordered two separate 10 gift vouchers in the same transaction I paid 20 total. They sent one voucher to the recipient and one to me. Both have the same serial number so weve essentially only been sent one card. Twice Ive been fobbed off and have been forwarded the same gift card not the additional one. They are refusing to rectify it and essentially have taken my money but not given me the goods. Its now a full month since I ordered them disgusting service.

I find hollister a great website and there clothing is very nice and comfortable Im a size l and it fits perfect I both some oversized l in the past but it is too big now but still wearable Im glad they more r less stopped doing oversized clothes as you needed to order a size down.thanks hollister.
Disappointed to say the least
Disappointed to say the least. Ordered nearly 100.00 of clothing I really rate their quality so thought Id order online. Bulk of my order was marked as despatched but didnt actually ever make an appearance just got stuck at sender dispatching item. Raised it with customer service 3 times the last time I had a super helpful lady who said shed get it resent to me. Except 2 of the items have since gone out of stock so I was issued a refund but got no communication from Hollister on this. Still havent received my order. Beyond disappointed.

Terrible returns policy 8211 DONT BUY ONLINE
Hollister is a terrible company. The returns process is really bad you have to pay to return any items via post which as a multimillion dollar company feels cheeky and cheap of them to place the cost of return on their customers. They also make you print out your own return slip rather than simply sending you at QR code to return items. Clearly all just an intentional way of prevent customers from returning items. Very grubby company and very happy to never shop there again.
Easy returns
I have bought 3 faux leather jacket from Hollister recently and although they were not a match the return was super easy with included label. I have received the money back within a day which was such a surprise I only give you 4 stars as you deduct 5 pounds for returns BUT this is quite clearly communicated on your website so its alright.

What a horrible website everything is US centric. I needed to order some evouchers for my nieces. 4 separate vouchers but all going to my sister in laws email address1 point system will only allow 2 voucher purchases per order2 once in basket you cannot see the voucher or the name of the recipientSo two separate orders required and I had to check with SIL which ones she had already received before ordering the final twoOn the plus side the vouchers did all arrive OK
Edited Be aware of returns process
Dont bother. Free shipping only over 50 and then a 5 fee for returns that takes THREE WEEKS to be received. I contacted customer services who are keeping me waiting for a response. Appalling company. If they dont change their shipping and returns model theyll drop off once again. Edit I received a refund a day after complaining to customer services. Upgraded the rating to reflect this.
