The highlight of the poor customer service was the change in the towel service for "ecological" reasons. instead of two large towels at the reception, you suddenly only got one large and one small one.overall one has the impression that they have water up to their necks. meanwhile every corner is trying to squeeze a few more euros out of the store. rooms in which courses normally take place are rented to external parties. the same thing happens with the swimming pool, which in the meantime has led to numerous complaints.
