If neither was used, it is beyond our knowledge what the condition of the floor is." Feeling frustrated and unheard, I made the decision to involve my attorney. I gave a one-star rating, as I was informed that the review would not be published otherwise. Update 26.11.23: Following my Google review, Holzland Becker responded and encouraged me to reach out to discuss potential goodwill gestures. I took the opportunity, hoping for a resolution. Kudos to Holzland Becker for reaching out. However, if they were truly willing to engage in a goodwill discussion, they could have easily contacted me using the order number visible in the publicly shared order photo, which would have provided my contact information. Nonetheless, I reached out regarding the complaint, but alas...nothing happened. While my experience with Holzland Becker has been disheartening, I remain hopeful that they will address my concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.
