After further negotiation, they reluctantly increased the credit note to 10% of the table's value. It's disheartening to witness a company like Homecentre, purportedly dedicated to providing quality furniture, fall short in both product quality and customer service. The absence of a cash refund option, given the unacceptable condition of the table, highlighted their disregard for customer satisfaction. The entire experience with Homecentre turned out to be a waste of time, money, and a source of immense frustration. My advice to prospective buyers is to steer clear of Homecentre when it comes to furniture purchases. Instead, I recommend exploring alternative reputable furniture stores that prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of their products.
