As a long-time customer of HoneyBaked Ham, I felt compelled to share my experience with their Rocky River Ohio location. I recently purchased a ham for our Christmas dinner, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The quality was not up to par, especially considering the price I paid. However, I must say that this experience was an anomaly, as I have been a loyal customer of HoneyBaked Ham for years, and their products have always been top-notch. The customer service, the flavor, and the overall experience have always been exceptional, which is why I keep coming back.
