Review Description: Avoid this company! Website/reviews look legitimate. I ordered 2 units within 3 days of each other. After emailing for weeks, They were finally sent out but they were different units even though I ordered the same product. One stopped working completely. I attempted to contact the company through email, chat, Instagram. No response. Filed with the BBB and requested money back from my credit card.

The contact form on the Hotel Collection website doesn't work, they have no phone number. When you contact Glopal they just give you the run around. AVOID this company too.

Review Description: STAY WELL CLEAR!!! Scam. After a month of ‘we will dispatch it soon’ reassurances from the customer service, there was no dispatch. No product.I then asked for a refund that never came.I had to go via my credit card company to get my money back.
