Sells Verifiably Fraudulent Products

I recently purchased a set of resistance bands from House Gym and was left utterly disappointed. The product I received was far from what was advertised, and I felt compelled to share my experience to prevent others from falling victim to the same deceitful practices. The Alphaband Pro bands, which were marketed as providing up to ~150lbs of resistance when stacked, turned out to be a far cry from their supposed capabilities. Upon testing, I discovered that the actual resistance provided was a mere fraction of what was promised. The 30lbs band was actually ~6.8lbs (-4.4x advertised), and the discrepancies persisted across all the other bands in the set. The 25lbs band was actually ~6.8lbs (-3.7x advertised), the 20lbs band was actually ~6.2lbs (-3.2x advertised), the 15lbs band was actually ~4.6lbs (-3.3x advertised), and the 10lbs band was actually ~4.2lbs (-2.4x advertised). It became evident that all the bands were essentially the same weight, indicating a monumental margin of error in the product's specifications. What's more, the handles of the resistance bands failed to withstand even 30lbs of weight, buckling under minimal strain. The overarching experience was further marred by an incomplete set of bands, compounding my frustrations with the product and the company responsible for its distribution. In seeking resolution, I communicated my grievances to House Gym, and while they offered to replace the bands, it became apparent that this gesture was fueled more by economical considerations than a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
