Terrible printer, terrible customer support

My review for hp.com Terrible experience, I have had 4 years of my printer not working as it should and they never gave me a solution that worked. We are tied into subscriptions in order to be able to use the printer, we can scan without there being ink in the printer, the printer has to print pages to give information on it but this info isn't complete and tells you to do the same steps again. Nothing works and the staff don't seem to understand how to fix it. Then if you keep it longer than warrenty then they won't help any longer despite never fixing it during warrenty.
