When they finally arrived the lens kept falling off. Worse part, I paid expedite fee for this. It is Dec 13, almost a month and no glasses. Buy elsewhere!

Review Description: I have purchased many items from this site. Normally I have no issues. The one time I do and bring it to their attention the customer service was definitely not what I expected. I'm sure my money doesn't mean much to them, but I definitely will take my little pennies elsewhere. It's unfortunate that customer service isn't a priority when customers/consumers are what makes or breaks a company.

Review Description: I have been waiting on a return label from the HSA store for almost two weeks. I have chatted several times as well as placed phone calls regarding this matter. I have been given different information from every person that I spoke to regarding this. I will not purchase again from the HSA store. This has been escalated to management with no results. Poor business management and poor customer service not to mention astronomical prices.

My baby was born in early Dec so I was distracted and finally called back, but was denied a return on a product I can't use because it's been over 30 days. I do not recommend HSA store.
