Awful customer service! Very unhelpful and now I’m out of pocket!

My review for hurley.com My wetsuit was faulty so have tried to return this. There was not a collection service available near me so could not complete their return process. I spoke to Hurley about this and they sent me a returns form to use and having sent this over a month ago I am still yet to receive anything. I have chased multiple times and they have just said that I need to complete to returns portal, even though I can’t then they will process. They have also said that the wetsuit may be returned to me and I will have to post again, all at my own expense of £25 a go! Very disappointed with the service and the poor handling of this. I first raised this on October and am yet to resolve, currently £200+ out of pocket and they couldn’t care less! Like their products just a shame their customer service doesn’t match! Sadly can’t go lower than one star!

I've washed and worn their gear countless times, and it still looks and feels as good as new. Not to mention, the functionality and style are top-notch. Terrible to deal with

My review for hurley.com Purchased a jumper online as a Christmas gift. As soon as I opened the package I noticed an obvious stain on the front. How they didn't see this when packing is beyond me! Returning this has been a nightmare!! I sent this straight back and they said they needed to 'assess it'. Its been weeks since i notified them of the issue. Now I'm without the jumper, a replacement or even a response! They take days or longer to reply to you and have disconnected phone access due to 'increase call volumes'. The email reply I eventually received advise me to 'be patient'. This has my blood boiling. They have ignored my question about sending a replacement by Christmas. I have sincd requested a refund and had no response. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Ashamed to say prior that I was buying their clothes for years. Wish I'd read reviews first!!!

Exceptional Prenatal Care, but Room for Improvement

I recently had the privilege of welcoming my granddaughter at Hurley, and while the prenatal care was exceptional, the postnatal experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, some of the nurses lacked the bedside manner and emotional support my daughter needed during such a vulnerable time. It was disheartening to hear gossip-like conversations about other patients, rather than seeing the same level of care and compassion provided to my own family in previous experiences at the hospital. During previous visits to the NIC unit, the care provided to my other grandchildren was outstanding, which makes the recent experience even more disappointing. While I still maintain confidence in Hurley's overall services and will continue to seek care there myself, I sincerely hope that the nursing staff can undergo retraining to emphasize the importance of empathy and genuine concern for their patients' well-being. Overall, I believe in the potential of Hurley to provide exceptional care, but it's crucial for the nursing staff to revisit the fundamental values of compassionate patient care. I share this feedback with the hope that it will contribute to a positive change in the future, ensuring that every family's experience is as positive and supportive as possible.

My daughter just gave birth at Hurley…

My review for hurley.com My daughter just gave birth at Hurley this past week and her experience with the some of the nurses was horrific no bed side manner , didn’t get much information on her before and after care.one of her sisters was leaving her room and overheard a couple of nurses talking about another patient baby that hadn’t been fed yet but in a manner as if it was gossip but not concern to help that patient out . When my other grand kids was born at Hurley in the Nic unit it was a awesome experience . Point being most of those nurses need to be retrained on the there bed side manner it’s not just about the medical part it’s also about caring for the patient as if it was there own family . So needless to say I used boast about Hurley prenatal care but I’m not seeing that in the future sad to say . This review is not to say don’t go to Hurley cause I Will myself still go but come on nurses rethink ur bedside manner!!

Terrible

My review for hurley.com Awful customer service. Requested to return boardshorts over 2 months ago, after a month and about a hundred attempts to organise a pick up date, they were picked up (on the wrong date). It’s now 2 months later and no sign of a refund and they’ve ignored all my emails since the shorts were picked up, I’ve sent about 5 now, absolutely nothing back.
