I love Illy coffee total rubbish delivery
My review for illy.com I love Illy coffee, the illy staff are always pleasant but powerless to sort out delivery problems. For the forthtime I’ve been told my delivery is on its way , then it’s only 30 min away next message could not deliver. Total rubbish. Unfortunately I have 2 illy machines that I think are good but now considering changing due to continuous delivery problems . Delivery not been sorted dispite problems for at least 2 years. My review for illy.com My machine stopped working in July. It cost a packet as it was an anniversary edition. It took many emails and a few telephone conversations to get them to collect it for repair. That collection was at the start of December and since then I have heard nothing. I don’t know if they received it, they don’t reply to my emails. The coffee is as good as it gets in my opinion but the machine and customer service from illy has been appalling. Please think twice before parting with your hard earned cash! A

I paused my coffee sub for a few months, then as I couldn't see a way to cancel it on the website, I emailed customer service asking them to cancel the account for me. They did so, but not before taking another payment and putting an order through! I'd made clear to them I wanted no more orders. Since then, I've had one rude email and they've just ignored my three chaser emails. It's the principle of the thing - to take payments without the customer's agreement, then ignore all communication. Do not buy from this company! C

My review for illy.com I would never order from the website again. Be very careful. I tried ordering a coffee subscription and they had an issue taking payment from HSBC. I had to constantly chase them as they wouldn't reply to my emails or call back as promised. So, I cancelled my order. They then took unauthorised payments, again they don't reply to emails and repeated requests to delete my bank details. Shocking customer service. C
