I cannot speak highly enough of interflora.fi. When I placed my order (Order No 274671017), I was in a difficult situation, needing flowers to be delivered to Tasmania in time for a funeral. Despite my initial apprehension, interflora.fi went above and beyond to ensure that the flowers arrived on time and in perfect condition. The customer service team was incredibly kind and understanding, taking the time to update me throughout the process and address any concerns I had. Despite the initial setback of a missed delivery on Saturday, they promptly rescheduled for Monday and kept me informed every step of the way. The flowers arrived beautifully arranged and truly brought comfort to the grieving family. Cellphone name 13.30 on Saturday to say flowers had not been delivered , requested if Monday was okay . Probably not, as wished flowers delivered earlier than funeral. However okay , that should do. Informed I can be knowledgeable when delivered. Monday am , no e mail / telephone / textual content and it is now early night in Tasmania. Cellphone up and advised do not know if flowers have been delivered. However somebody will get again to you , now 36 hours nonetheless ready. Was advised I can have supply cost credited , however anticipated a a lot better service and can by no means use once more . R

I was thrilled when I received a potted rose from interflora.fi as a present. However, the joy quickly turned into disappointment when I noticed the poor quality of the plant, which was evident from the browning flower heads and buds. I reached out to Interflora, providing them with four photos highlighting the issues. Their initial response from the so-called Quality Assurance team stated that they were unable to see any problems but offered to send a replacement. To my disbelief, the replacement was of even poorer quality. I was disheartened and frustrated, especially when I sent in more photos showcasing the discrepancies in the replacement plant. Although I pointed out that the replacement had half the number of flower heads, did not contain the original ivy, and was in a plastic pot rather than the original tulip-shaped ceramic pot, Interflora did not acknowledge these concerns. Instead, they merely apologized for not meeting my 'expectations,' implying that my expectations were too high. The resolution offered was a voucher, which unfortunately would require a 75-mile round trip due to my rural location, almost equating the value of the voucher to the petrol cost. This entire experience has caused a fallout for me, and I can't help but feel disheartened, especially since it was a kind gesture from my sister-in-law. Overall, my experience with Interflora has been deeply disappointing, and I hope that they can address these issues to ensure that others do not encounter similar problems in the future. M
