I placed an order for flowers on February 16th and was initially informed that they had been successfully delivered. However, as of February 28th, my cousin in Portugal had not received the flowers, and my numerous emails to Interflora Portugal went unanswered. Their customer service even directed my cousin to go to the place of purchase and communicate with their office in Spain, which seemed unacceptable given that I had made a purchase online. In a similar situation, I came across Alex Napier Holland's review of Interflora Portugal on Trustpilot, where he shared a similar experience of non-delivery, lack of refunds, and unresponsiveness from the company. This added to my frustration and uncertainty about whether I would ever receive a resolution. However, I must give credit where it's due. Following their error, Interflora 'Portugal Spain' apologized and promptly refunded me in full on February 28th, offering a 15% discount for a future order. They also clarified that they do not deliver in Azambuja (a town in Ribatejo province). While I was initially upset, their corrective actions and refund compelled me to update my rating from 1-star to 3-star. If you're considering placing an order with Interflora Portugal, I strongly advise reaching out to them first to confirm their delivery availability in your desired area. While my experience had its ups and downs, their effort to rectify the situation has restored some of my confidence in their service.

My review for interflora.pt An update (8 March 2023): P. S. Interflora 'Portugal Spain' have apologised for the error and duly refunded me in full on the 28th February. They have also given me a 15% discount should I place a new order. They further informed me that they do not deliver in Azambuja (town in Ribatejo province). I was very upset with them because I kept getting notifications that the flowers had been delivered even though this was not the case. Really terrible. Anyway I have now received a refund (in full) and I am therefore changing my original 1-star rating to 3-star. To anyone reading this review and wishing to place an order with Interflora Portugal I strongly suggest you contact them first to ascertain whether they do supply the area you are interested in. On Thursday the 16th February 2023 I placed an order. Later the same day I received confirmation that the flowers had been delivered: “A SUA NOVA ENCOMENDA FOI REALIZADA COM SUCCESS!” (your new order was successfully delivered). Today, the 28th February, my cousin in Portugal has still not received the flowers. I have sent numerous emails without any reply. My cousin phoned Interflora Portugal on 211 20 60 66 and was told that I "must go to the place where I purchased the flowers and from there they will phone their office in Spain". Everyone working at Interflora Portugal seems to be a big liar. I paid for the flowers online on Interflora’s website… what is this nonsense that I “must go to the place where I purchased the flowers?”In summary: I paid for flowers on the 16th Feb, later that day I received confirmation from Interflora Portugal that the flowers had been delivered. Today the 28th Feb no flowers have been delivered, Interflora Portugal do not reply to my emails and they have not provided a refund. Alex Napier Holland, on his review of Interflora Portugal on Trustpilot wrote: “Interflora Portugal don't deliver, refund, or reply to messages!”.
