I recently attempted to look up Interior Deluxe, only to discover that it appears to be out of business, with Euro Lights permanently closed. This left me questioning if it's possible to file a claim against a closed company, adding to the frustration of the situation. Reflecting on my experience over the past year, it has been incredibly disheartening. Despite numerous messages, the interaction with the company has been unproductive, with the lack of meaningful contact perpetuating the issue. It has been a year since I placed and paid for two orders from Interior Deluxe, which included a $1,200 floor lamp and a $200 magazine rack. My attempts to communicate with the company have been met with dead ends, leading me to directly contact the manufacturer of one of the items. Thankfully, the manufacturer took the initiative to send the missing floor lamp directly, bypassing the stalled process with Interior Deluxe.
