bad after sales

As a dedicated user of ipcam-shop.nl, I had a disappointing experience with a recent purchase. After acquiring an NVR and HDD in April, the equipment failed to function properly. Despite sending it back twice and receiving it back with assurances that it was operational, my issues persisted. Even after a staff member acknowledged the HDD's malfunction during a teamview session, my communication with the company suddenly ceased. With the NVR still malfunctioning in December, I opted to purchase a replacement HDD from another provider. Unsurprisingly, the NVR then operated flawlessly. Although I expressed my dissatisfaction in a review on December 9th, the company claimed they were unable to locate my file on December 19th. After providing the necessary information on December 21st, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment of my complaints as of January 13th. This experience has only reinforced my initial statements about the after-sales service._customer's name_
