Review Description: Don't waste your money. Quality of the irobot has really tanked. I bought one of the 5000 series when it first came out. Was wonderful, lasted 6 yrs. Bought a 7000 series which barely lasted 2 yrs and now my "new one", not a yr old, sounds like it will die any day now. Prices have gone up but quality has gone way down.

Review Description: If I could give a negative score I would. I will never have my husband buy anything that is associated with irobot again. They are useless company that doesn't help you when ur roomba doesn't work properly. I have called since Oct 21st to get this resolved..they said I would get a roomba replacement..NOTHING has came. Called corporate got a voicemail. I will call every freaking day until something happens. DO NOT BUY ROOMBA OR ANY THATS IROBOT RELATED

Review Description: I moved and wanted to change my wifi, what a disaster. None of the instructions work, can't connect, can't reboot the roomba. Tried to call customer service, was on hold forever, the time estimate bounces up and down randomly as you listen over again to their 2 second long loop. They pick up then pretend they can't hear me and just hang up.

Review Description: A headache from the start - month 1: it stops cleaning and I’m replacing my own cleaning head. Month 2: still acting up and customer service wants pictures and videos so they can send me more replacement parts. I’ve seen videos galore, cleaned and checked parts over and over again, and get nothing but resistance from customer service. It is now month 3 and the same baloney. This product did not come with any warning label and it’s beyond unbelievable, stressful, upsetting, and frustrating

Review Description: I bought a Roomba e5 in July. It’s now September, and yesterday it stopped working. There was an error message and I tried iRobot’s troubleshooting tips. Nothing. I called today customer service today. Despite this being is a NEW machine, about 2.5 months old, I was told they were going to send me a part and I get to fix it!!! I asked for a new unit but the rep said they only send one when the entire unit is defective. What s**tty customer service. What a crap product. Ps. I have one of their Robomops and they replaced it. It was new as well.
