The instructions manual is a bit…

My review for itakico.com The instructions manual is a bit lacking so I'm still trying to figure out all the features and been searching for more directions but otherwise so far my experience has been very pleasant. Their shipping was pretty fast and the product works great most of the dishes I've tried so far. Their customer service was also very responsive on Facebook messenger when I misentered my address and needed it corrected quickly. I'm quite shocked by some of the folks complaining about customer service though, I don't have experience with their email support since I wouldn't expect a quick response anywhere by email for urgent matters anyways so my advice is to reach out on messenger perhaps? Just a thought!

My overview for itakico.com Itaki's customer support leaves lots to be desired. I've emailed the Itaki help advising them that solely part of my order was shipped. I solely acquired two objects though their delivery documentation states that three objects have been shipped. I've despatched a number of emails to their help, however have but to listen to again. I want I had appeared up on-line evaluations as a substitute of trusting Youtube and the corporate web site.
