My review for itchpet.com Lovely , personalised packaging. Order arrives swiftly and on time ...which would be great if the product actually worked. Fleas found on dog 2 out of the of the 3 months I've used itch (topped up with a different brand to stop infestation. ) Reached out to customer support to be told the product isn't strong enough and I'd be best trying a different brand product. No offer of any refund or apology. Utterly abysmal to be honest. I've gone back to advantage which I highly recommend to any pet owners who have on the go active dogs like spaniels. Don't be sucked in by the nice packaging. Glad I trialed it on one dog and not all four or I'd be infested by now! L
