Review Description: I will never purchase from them again they sent my order to Florida where I lived about six years ago I can't remove the address from the app but it is not set as the default.I have had other deliveries to where I have been living and was told to call ups to correct my address. Are you kidding I'm out over 100 dollars they will not help in any way and will not refund me .To hell with them

Review Description: Ordered a pair of Florsheim boots and they came very quickly and were extremely well packaged. Had a $30 off coupon that I applied which brought the price down to 69.95. What a great experience!

Review Description: Ordered a coffee maker online, two days later the coffee maker was $24.00 less called customer service said the difference would be credited back to my payment method would take approx 5 days for refund. That didn't happen, called today and was told anything delivered to store is their responsibility to make adjustment. Cust service person I was told wrong information with customer service when I made lst call. I will never buy online from them again.

Review Description: I bought two pairs of pants that were delivered to the wrong address. Complete wrong town and nowhere I had ever lived or even close. I was put on hold for 30 minutes to be told to go trespass on someone's lawn to get the package even though it's been two days and it's an hour drive so the package is not even there. Was told nothing could be done and could not get my money back. The person on the line was super rude and unhelpful and for 20 minutes insisted my order didn't exist.

The hunger to learn was thick in the air but positivity was stronger Mr.Ricardo and Ms.Janel are the perfect examples of what good customer service looks like. It seemed as if they were the customer service gurus of the millennium an they are much appreciated by the everyday Americans shopping at the Tyler galleria with much respect and surprise -John M.

Review Description: I have been a loyal JC Penney shopper for 40 years. I ordered a recliner online and it turned out to be very uncomfortable. Called customer service right away to have it picked up. That was in the beginning of May 2021, this is September and they have still not come for it. I have paid for it along with a $45.00 pick-up fee. I have never been so disappointed in JC Penney. do not buy furniture online from JCP. If you cant try it out you are going to be victimized.

Review Description: I usually order on Jcp on line. This time I order a spring jacket and champion hooded sweater. I couldn't believe what I saw, the champion hooded sweater looks nothing like the pic, it's looks like it's for men's. I looked on my order and no design for a women sweater. This was a present for my daughter and now I'm disappointed. She has a mans sweater instead. If you don't have the clothes DO NOT send a replacement, let the customer know first, that's why you want phone numbers or email addresses.
