Review Description: J Crew's return policy speaks to their quality, if you wash a garment they will not allow you to return, regardless of flaw. I bought several button down shirts, one has a button hole that isn't completed. After washing once, before wearing, it is unravelling. Another shirt's collar isn't sewn completely, midway the stitching stops. Both issues speak to Quality Control as well as J Crew's attempt to make a buck by selling poor quality, poorly made clothing. Shame on J Crew!

Review Description: I ordered a T-shirt with three buttons on the front on 1/30/20. Since then, I've worn it about 8 times. Two of the three buttons have cracked into pieces and fallen off recently when I was simply fastening them. Clearly the buttons are of very poor quality. I wrote to J Crew - and they responded that since it's been more than 30 days since the purchase, they aren't responsible. Really? If buttons were to break into pieces after 31 days, J Crew considers that acceptable? Sad, as J Crew used to be a respectable company.

Review Description: Why do they still advertise sizes as available online that are definitely not available. Just for funzies I re-ordered the same items 3x over a two week period…they cancel the orders with that warm and fuzzy email, but won’t take the time to update their inventory in the online store. Thanks for the complete and utter waste of time. I have no confidence in JCrew anymore. If you’re going to make me filter my size, length, color, and style for God’s sake take the same amount care in managing your online store as you expect of your customers.

Review Description: I was at North shore mall in MA on 6/19 around 5:30pm. I noticed your staff asked all white people if they needed help with anything. I was in the store as well, but they never asked me if I need help or said hi. This is not the first time, it happened several times. Review Description: Jcrew sent me an item with a detached tag and when I called to return the item, I was told that I cannot cause it is final sale. I told them that I cannot give this as gift anymore cause the tag is not on it, they yet did not accept it. Jcrew has the worst customer service. They are not helpful AT ALL. and they keep telling you is there anything else I can help you with (like a machine) without an slightest attempt to solve your first issue.
