Review Description: The expected delivery date and the actual delivery date were completely mis-aligned. JDSports sent us a large number of “fun” emails to say they were processing the order but then when it went from JD Sports to the delivery company there was silence for nearly a week… I still haven’t received what we ordered… is it just the Christmas rush… The initial updates were so up-beat but if there was an issue they could have warned us… They did send an apology after a few days though…

Review Description: JD standards have gone down now, whenever order online there are so many complications that occur. I ordered for order and collect but some items were missing. Straight away I showed went to customer services but they just started that it’s an online order and we cannot do anything except from refunding, though the missing items were in store and the order was also packed in the same store; as per the customer services. It’s just a time waste to order online and collect.

Review Description: Wouldn’t sell my mum shoes unless my brother came down the shop to try them on himself at the spot? My poor mum can’t speak English left it as that. I came back today found the guy that told my mum this and his manager asked them if someone is disabled can people not buy them shoes do you expect a disabled person come down to the shop? The women manager replied yes and tells me I’m not disabled. This is a JD manager saying this? Remember to train your staff that not all disabilities are visible. Poor customer service.

Review Description: I was surprised to see what I received this is so ridiculous. I ordered for two shoes, the first one was a kid show send instead and the one that was supposed to be good was two different sizes making it one let cool and the other one tight. I have never had this experience with other people this is no making sense at all. I need a refund

Review Description: Item not received as Evri seem to have lost the parcel. Customer services at JD Said they would send a replacement item on 2 separate occasions and I received a text saying that the item was about to be dispatched. Item still not received and after chasing this up again, I have been told that the item is now out of stock and I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. Appalling customer service and JD Sports have now had my money for over 3 weeks and I now have less than a week to find a replacement Xmas gift for my son.

Review Description: Excellent home delivery option by Evri to send your order to a local parcelshop for JD Sports orders if you cannot be at home when your delivery is due. You get regular email updates from JD Sports for picking & packing and then despatched to Evri for delivery. Evri will then update you by email when they are expecting the parcel, they have the parcel and is out for delivery with a 1 hour time slot. Evri also say that the parcelshop delivery option is also more eco friendly with less parcel drops.

Review Description: Delivery was absolutely appalling. Took over a week. Couldn’t get hold of Evri. Said they had delivered and had the other parcel - 3 items split into two deliveries. Did finally get an email back from JD, sent new items out (came in two separate deliveries) however one was not in stock. Really not acceptable.

It was dispatched on 29th Nov, but even if the courier is walking with it from outside London, it should be here by now. No way to contact; the AI bot Becky is useless and even mail responses seem automated. It's the first time I am using JD sports and appalled with the service

Review Description: After 2 weeks of waiting for my order I contacted JDSports to find out where it was. I was told that it had been lost in the post and I would have to reorder the trainers; there was no option of JDSports just sending me another pair. This would have been a 1 star review because of the lack of communication and inability to send another pair, had it not been for the customer service person who dealt with the matter well even though they were unable to do anything due to a bad process.
