La brosse était vendue comme la brosse originale de Dyson, référence idem à la brosse Dyson, tout collait! Je reçois une brosse motorisée qui n'a rien de Dyson. Je contacte le service shopper avec pictures et seize d'écran de la web page produit à l'appui, ils me disent que c'est une erreur sur leur website et que je peux renvoyer le produit. Ça fait 10 jours que j'attends les directions pour renvoyer le produit (à leurs frais mais ça aussi je n'en suis pas positive) et être remboursée et aucune réponse du service shopper après plusieurs relances. Donc gros doute sur le sérieux de ce website, je ne recommande pas! E
