Never Again

My review for jetstar.com Never Again. Jetstar managed to lose my bag between Auckland and Wellington with no customer service available to sort out getting it to me before i get on the ferry to the south island, so I am left with no clothes for my holiday. They said it would be on the next flight to wellington, I said please don't put it on that flight I cannot pick it up, I have to get on the ferry. As far as I know, they put it on that flight anyway. But who knows? There's no communication, and customer service started getting annoyed with me! Unbelievable. Spend the extra. Avoid Jetstar. OK I'm adding a star now that they got my bag to me in a different island the same day.... that was pretty damn good actually. Thanks Jetstar.
