I purchased a full price sweater 14 days ago and they will not honor the return for the sale price. J Jill said the sweater is not on "sale" but a "promotion". ??? That is a sneaky way to not honor a return. To not give the customer the sale price. Terrible customer service. This is why J.jill is closing so many stores. Shop elsewhere.
