A month of waiting for a refund and now no response
My review for jonak.fr I've been waiting for a refund for a month now! It's been 10 days since they last responded to my messages and I had to use a separate email to try and contact them as it seems they cut off contact. They answered the email almost right away from the new email. I returned the boots they sent me (too small) and they said they issued me a refund but I paid by cash at a convenience store so that was impossible. I provided my bank details and asked them to make sure there were no issues (because it's a Japanese account) since then I have received zero contact and I'm afraid I've lost around 500 dollars in this ordeal. It's the first "nice" item I've ordered for myself online and it's been so sad and scary to just be ignored and essentially stolen from.
