I have to say, my experience with jonito.de was nothing short of disappointing. I placed a deposit on a frame back in January 2023, with the assurance that it would take 4-6 weeks for the frame to arrive. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of empty promises and frustrating communication. Despite encountering supplier issues, I found myself constantly reaching out to inquire about the status of my purchase. Each time, I was met with the same excuse of supplier problems. It wasn't until the end of November, nearly a year later, that I discovered the company had gone into receivership since September, leaving me in the dark the entire time. What truly dismayed me was the lack of proactive communication from their end. Not once did they make an effort to update me on the situation or offer a solution. Even more disheartening was their refusal to refund my deposit or provide an alternative to make up for the inconvenience. Looking back, my experience with jonito.de was nothing short of frustrating, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and transparent service. The whole ordeal left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I hope others can avoid a similar disappointment. My assessment for jonito.de Not nice service, keep clear , I put a deposit on a body again in January 2023 , I used to be advised it ought to take 4-6 weeks for them to get the body . Of their defence they mentioned that they had an issue with the provider. Nevertheless I needed to contact them each month to investigate as to the standing of my buy . I used to be advised time & once more it was an issue with the provider . Then I contacted them on the finish of November solely to be advised they had been gone into receivership since September!!!! . Not as soon as did they assume to contact me & they refuse to offer me again my deposit and even let me buy gadgets they've in inventory to the worth of my deposit . Not an ideal store to take care of & wouldn't suggest! K
