Review Description: I bought two chairs off walmart.com from this company. They sent me the wrong color. I have got the runaround from this company and walmart both because of their mistake! They won't respond, keep sending emails asking for proof of wrong items, I keep sending them pics but then they ignore those emails. Someone needs to shut this company down, and Walmart needs to cut ties with a shady vendor like them. Please stay away from this company!

Review Description: Joybuy not only sent me a very shoddily made product, but when I tried to return it, they took my email and sold it, apparently. I am now getting 100 or more spam messages a day. Before I wrote to Joybuy to complian (as I was prompted to by Walmart), I got zero. Maybe 1 or 2 unsolicited email messages, but nothing like this. All phishy, all gross. I am so hugely annoyed. Walmart should stop using these vendors. I barely every buy from Walmart and I absolutely never will again.

Review Description: I made a purchase on June 15, package was due to arrive end of day on July 6th. When the package did not arrive, I called walmart and found my package has been "lost"! No one bothered to call me and inform me. I had to call them. While tracking it did not inform me that it had been lost, it said it had been delayed. I finally got an email, that was complete gibberish and I could not understand. If I could give a half of star I would.... And I'm not sure they deserve that. I will not use this business again.
