When my bike arrived, I noticed some problems with it, but the customer service team was helpful in troubleshooting and getting the necessary parts to me. I did have to replace a rotor, brake pads, and crankset, which was slightly inconvenient, but the parts arrived quickly. However, I was disappointed to find out that I needed a crank puller tool to separate the crankset, which was not included with the bike or mentioned in the initial purchase. After addressing the issue in an email, it was unfortunately ignored. Moreover, when I received additional accessories such as the fender kit, I found that the hardware and tools were spilled all over the box. In addition, the documentation included with the kit did not have a simple quantity and parts list, making it difficult to ascertain if any parts were missing during transit. The same issues were present with the basket, which was also unaddressed in the response from Juiced Bikes' customer service. However, I did purchase the relay rack and air pump, which turned out to be satisfactory, so credit is due there. In summary, while I had some challenges with the quality control and customer service at Juiced Bikes, I appreciated the assistance I did receive and found the accessories to be of good quality. I almost gave up on electric bikes altogether after my disastrous experience with the Crosscurrent Air from juicedbikes.com. I spent well over $1800 on a bike that never seemed to work right from the get-go. The battery failed within the first year, and trying to get the issue resolved was a nightmare. It felt like I was being gaslighted by the techs and service team before they finally agreed to repair it. The list of problems seemed never-ending. I replaced at least 35 spokes because they kept breaking, and the overall performance of the bike began to deteriorate after just 2.5 years. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with speeds that would hesitate and fade, components that refused to stay adjusted, and a rear brake that was virtually impossible to tweak without removing the wheel.
