Confused, I showed him the payment proof for my online transaction, only to have him present a Just Herbs bill stating that it was indeed a COD order. Disheartened and frustrated, I decided to cancel the order and immediately reached out to Just Herbs' customer service to resolve the issue. This is where my experience took a truly disheartening turn. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, Just Herbs' customer care service proved unreachable.
