My overview for kachel-airco.nl over kachel en aircoik heb een kouskachel gekocht in september 2023en deze through bol.com. Deze kouskachel heb ik 4 keer gebruikt,ik had al een gaskachel,waarmee ik verder ben gegaan,aangezien er klachten kwamen met de kouskachel. Onderwerp: Klantnummer: 3070735219 artikel 6:230o BW)/Bestelling 1395998261 retour zonder schadeNaar aanleiding van een aankopen van een corona kouskachel heb ik u het volgende mede te delen:Er zit op de kouskachel 4 jaar wettelijke garantie op, daar maak ik alleen gebruik van. Ik heb deze kouskachel een enkele malen gebruikt, ik heb de klachten door gegeven aan verkoper en bol.com en beide partijen negeren de klachten,van de verkoper kreeg ik de melding,zet maar op marktplaats neer,need wij nemen hem niet terug. De reden dat ik retour heb aangemeld, omdat ik al contact heb gehad met verkoper, telefonische als through de mail, en ik vond de verkoper nogal erg onbeschoft. Ik heb meer stank overlast, als plezier van de kouskachel, mijn gehele huis stinkt ernaar, en ik heb de klachten door gegeven, maar de verkoper negeerde deze klachten ( zeer onprofessioneel gedrag) achteraf had ik ook spijt als haren op mijn hoofd, ik kreeg de klacht dat ik nogal stonk naar de petroleum, en dat ik  mij maar eens beter moest wassen om de stank uit mijn kleren als van lichaam te krijgen. Onder artikel 6:230o BW deze heb ik er op na geslagen, dat als het product niet deugdelijk werkt, ik het zonder problemen retour kan zenden binnen de garantietermijn van 4 jaar ( zit 4 jaar garantie op) ik heb het gekocht, in de hoop er plezier van te hebben, helaas niet echt plezier van gehad. Deze meerdere malen retour aangemeld,maar werd door verkoper geannulleerd en dit 7 maal, hoe asociaal kan males zijn als verkoper. Bij het aanzetten met de vinger op de drukknop, duurde het al 1 minuut voor de vlam pakte en ik het het originele petroleum erin gedaan. Ik zie van koop af, omdat het product niet deugdelijk is,en omdat de verkoper nogal erg onbeschoft reageerde, daar ben ik niet gediend. De kous als ik deze op half zou zetten, dan zou de vlam normaliter minder gaan worden en toch aanblijven, helaas is dit niet zo. Als ik de vlam op half wou zetten, dan doofde de vlam en moest ik opnieuw aanmaken, tijdens iedere keer aanmaken, kwam er een vreeslijke geur vrijwaar ik op bepaalde second erg misselijk van werd. Ik ben er helemaal klaar mee, met deze petroleum kous kachel, daarom ook retour verzonden.----------------------------------------------------------- Bezorging Retour1 artikel is 30 november 2023 retour gemeld door onze klantenservice.
