Review Description: I'm a veteran but when I was active duty, deployed to Iraq and getting divorced, my ex-wife purchased a $2800 ring using my credit card. I brought it up to Kay's when I saw the statement and they said that they couldn't do anything about it because I had made a payment toward the balance (I had a previous balance of $500 I was fully aware of). What I wish I had known to do when it happened was to file a police report. Kays was not helpful at all. Don't ever shop from this company they clearly do not support or are helpful toward servicemembers.

Review Description: I bought a Movado watch in Longview Texas at Kay and they were pretty nice and removed the links for me and told me I had 30 days for a return. I wasn’t happy with the watch and went to return it in Mesquite Texas and Christina at this store was horrible to me. After being treated horrible spoken to horrible she called Longview and was put in her place. Dan the District Manager hasn’t contacted me nor has the store of the return. Do yourself a favor and GO TO ZALES or anywhere but Kay. Not honest not respectful!!!

Review Description: We purchased a diamond necklace and earrings as a graduation gift for our daughter. This was our first time shopping at Kay's (and will be the last after our experience with them). Our daughter did not care for the necklace/earrings, so we attempted to return them for a store credit. We missed the 90-day exchange policy by three days. They refused to give us a store credit. I recommend shopping at Costco or Sam's Club who have a generous return policy, higherquality and better prices.
