No tracking, no reply from support

As a devoted lover of elegant timepieces, I embarked on a quest to find the perfect watch online. That's when I stumbled upon Kechiq. I eagerly placed an order in early March, eagerly anticipating its arrival in May. However, as the months passed and August arrived, I found myself still waiting for my long-awaited timepiece. Disappointment started creeping in when I realized that I hadn't received a tracking link for my order. Frustrated, I searched for my user account on their website, hoping to find some insight on the status of my order, yet I came up empty-handed. Determined to find answers, I reached out to their support team via email, but regrettably, I received no response. In a last-ditch effort, I decided to call their customer service line. To my dismay, I was met with an incessant waiting line with no end in sight. At that moment, I felt utterly neglected and disheartened. As an enthusiast who appreciates the artistry and craftsmanship of luxury watches, this experience left me crestfallen. I had high hopes for Kechiq, but their lack of tracking information and unresponsive support marred what was supposed to be an exciting purchase.
