I managed to chat online with customer service (USA) and they asked me to get in touch with manufacturer (Switzerland) manufacturer asked me to get in touch with repair centre in the country I live in (England) this repair centre asked me to get in touch with customer service (Dubai) as they are connected with the shop I bought my watch (India) so I contacted India head office and they asked me to get in touch with Kenneth Cole Customer service (USA) as they are only dealing with sales and nothing else. Frustrating thing is non if these personnel gave contact details for the other country. I managed to do it via social media, google, and other sources. I do not recomend anybody to shop with Kenneth Cole anywhere in the world.
