My evaluate for kerastase.co.uk Horrendous expertise coping with impolite and smug customer support who is not going to take duty for something. English language expertise are very poor. Completely unhelpful. By no means once more. “this isn't my job” quoted by a couple of operative when requested to speak to their courier (DPD) and insisted it was MY duty. Properly it actually isn’t mine, I’m the shopper! They refused to course of a refund and insisted DPD had 14 days to ship my order (regardless of 3-5 days acknowledged on their web site at time of order. Refuted shopper rights laws entitling me to a refund for undesirable items. I've since discovered they outsource all customer support to an Italian firm. No matter charges they pay them it's an excessive amount of.
