Review Description: I love the size and color of my first Keurig. However, it wasn't as impressive as I thought it would be. Within the first 3 weeks of use, the dispensed nozzle started to leak. I have to put a napkin under it after every use to catch any drips that still come out.

Review Description: I ordered a drip cup replacement. I received my package 3 days later and it was EMPTY! I called to get a replacement sent and was told that "they" had to "escalate" the call and would be in touch in 3 business days. Really!? The worst thing the US has ever done was outsource any type of customer service call to other countries where the "agent" can't even speak broken English, have no answers to anything, and have no authority to make any decisions. This company is a joke! You have taken my money and never delivered your product!!!

Review Description: The pot wouldn't brew coffee, just turned on and the water went through, so cold coffee. This is a replaced machine, 2nd in 2 1/2 years. It's out of warranty, barely, and I was told I could get a 20% discount on a new coffee maker but the site gave me a 25% discount. It doesn't last and it's not good. I could pay 1/4 the price and have a great coffee pot for ages.

Review Description: I am a slow learner. I have bought three of these things and two of them quit working after a little more than a year. The third one is still under warranty, quit after 6 months, and I'm fighting Keurig about their ludicrous requirements for information on the unit before they will send me a new one. Review Description: I purchased many Kreuigs and loved everyone EXCEPT the Kreuig Supreme. 1-2 mo it breaks I get it replaced then it last again 1-2 mo before issues with it like steam, smoke coming out add water lite when it full. Now they are giving me a hard time replacing it. It’s defective and they won’t listen. I had to bring my older version Kreuig out now. Customer service had me send 6 emails with photos and they said the photos aren’t legible.

Review Description: After 5 months my k-supreme plus smart machine no longer turns on. It always had issues with needing to be descaled almost weekly and giving error codes. I was always able to reset it as per the manual until now. It smells burnt and Keurig will not even attempt to rectify the situation they escalated it to the higher department who is support to call you in 24-48 hours; well that was almost 2 weeks ago and no call or nothing. Save your money!

Review Description: Poor Quality: The Keurig K900 almost lasted 1 year and a half before it stop working. It would not power up ( won't turn on)... So I called Keurig customer service and they said could not help me. Overall, I think this is a great example of product obsolescence. In the end, Keurig products are designed to be of poor quality so that they can sell you another poor product in the end again...

Review Description: Overall their program is OK so long as you don't encounter issues. However, if you must contact their customer support team be prepared for long calls and no real support. They essentially repeat what you can already see online in your account, and will offer a free box of coffee to hopefully appease you. If you need actual help in resolving an issue, you're out of luck.
