This prolonged delay not only created uncertainty regarding my hard-earned money but also had an adverse impact on my business operations, as I was compelled to repeatedly contact the customer for the payment screenshot. Disheartened by the lack of a satisfactory resolution from the support team, I found myself at a loss. The prolonged and opaque timeline for issue resolution only added to my frustration. It was disheartening to realize that a platform meant to streamline my business operations had inadvertently become a source of unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
