Review Description: Worst customer service online. It's completely different than the Kiehl's shops in department stores. Like others I was sucked in by the free gift and purchased $125 in product to get it. It was listed on my order and on my packing slip. But there were no samples. I emailed them and kept getting cut and paste replies saying sorry they were out of it and read the fine print that said, while supplies last. I told them to just send me some other samples, and they said they couldn't do it. I've been a Kiehl's customer for 15 years. No more.

Review Description: I am still shocked as I got one of the midnight recovery bottle of 30 ml online and I received the bottle completely empty!! They haven’t been in touch and they haven’t even refunded the money!! Please do not buy this brand! Please do not!! They still haven’t refund the money for something that arrived completely empty! This is shocking especially from a established brand like Yours! Please refund me the 35 pound ASAP. And I will make sure not to order from your website never again. This is not acceptable.

Review Description: Do NOT ORDER from this firm! They pretend to be an all-American outfit. Make no mistake. Everything is from India including all of the "customer service." BEWARE!!!! You can't cancel anything even if the wrong information is placed. The products are not made in America. It is a total Indian outfit so who knows what's in there.

Review Description: Online order was delivered very late and when it arrived only half of the order was in the box! No gift with purchase and only one of the three items that were ordered. Kiehl’s customer service has been abysmal so I will dispute the charges through my credit card. This loyal customer of 15+ years will never buy Kiehl’s (or any l’Oreal owned) products again.

Review Description: Buyers be aware!!!The campaign says that a gift worth $62 comes with the purchase however when this product is out of stock, khiels is only willing to refund $10 for it’s mistake. Either the gift is only worth $10, or khiels has the worst ever customer service. Either way khiels is not being honest with its customer, simply won’t buy again.

They give you 15% when you sign up for newsletters yet when you sign up they refresh your basket, so you have to add again and then code says “already been used” so I re tried.
