The worst customer service ever
My review for kingsloot.com The worst customer service ever! They say they take returns but they do not and even if unopened and within 30 days. They have a million excuses. After paying 400.00 in items zero service. Do not buy not worth the money nor the terrible service. They also falsely advertised over the holidays that site wide it was buy two get one free wallet but in fact they did not honor it and instead gave me a 50.00 store credit. I ended up ordering another leather watch band 49.00 instead of getting the free wallet which is much more expensive and when I clicked on the color black then the size and added to cart I didn’t notice that it automatically reverted to the buckskin color even though I chose black and I saw the error right after ordering (Sunday) and emailed to explain and get black instead but Monday they said too late. I received the watch band never even opened it and was told I could send it back and exchange for proper color but now they say I cannot exchange and they have a huge list of exclusions including under 50.00 and watch was 49.00. Too much money for nothing special and a company that takes advantage of customers and zero help. R
