Continued problems with a $3500…

My review for kitchenaid.com Continued problems with a $3500 refrigerator. Multiple repairs for ice build up on evaporator, and now needs a new compressor. Unit is only 5 years old, but had problems within the 1st year. Compressor is on indefinite backorder, most likely due to repair demand. Lousy products and even more lousy customer service. Buyer beware!!

Outdated Customer Service/Sales System

My review for kitchenaid.com Outdated Customer Service and Sales System - Ordered a dishwasher online and saw a better price for President's day. They could not honor the lower price because the order was shipped already! How can you compete with modern companies that allow price adjustments even after the customer receives the equipment for 30 days. I am asking to just adjust the price and their corporate policy didn't allow for this adjustment. Please have a manager with authority in changing your outdated sales and return policy contact me so I can explain how you are damaging your own reputation.

Very slow delivery

My review for kitchenaid.com Very slow delivery. They promise to deliver the next day, but it takes 5 days already and I still don't have any product... I wish I ordered it at another store, because that would have been much faster.---Still waiting for my product to arrive. More than a week... what a joke.

Refused return of Christmas present

My review for kitchenaid.com My husband purchased me what he thought was an attachment for my KitchenAid Mixer. At £70 it was not cheap. The description did not explain that it was an attachment for...an attachment and that you had to buy another £60 item for it to work. This was to be a Christmas present so he purchased at the end of November. I opened on Christmas day and we discovered the problem. I sent a message to Kitchenaid requesting to return it. About 10 days later they replied asking for lots of information to enable the return. I supplied the information. Another 10 day wait and a reminder email from me I get an email saying I am too late to return it. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Poor quality

My review for kitchenaid.com Purchased a kettle and toaster over £300 the cast iron coating on the kettle has started peeling off although products come with 3 year warranty this apparently is cosmetic wear! And not covered for repair. Terrible products for the cost I won’t be purchasing kitchenaid again! excessive cost and terrible quality I have had kettles that cost £25 last a lot longer than this one has. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We bought a kettle just before…

My review for kitchenaid.com We bought a kettle just before Christmas and it now has a faulty lid. This needs to go in to the workshop to be repaired leaving us without a kettle for over 3 weeks. They don't care at all which is very disappointing. We have a mixer a toaster and kettle from them. Dreading anything going wrong with these. Do not touch this company if you want any sort of customer service. The products are all expensive so we expect better

Regrettably, my dismay only escalated when I discovered that there were no alternative coffee machines available that matched the specifications of my original purchase. This left me with unwanted vouchers and, more significantly, no coffee machine. Although kitchenaid.com had a more expensive coffee machine in their inventory, they were unwilling to offer it to me as a replacement. This lack of flexibility and customer consideration deeply disappointed me. Consequently, I find it necessary to caution others against patronizing this company. The current state of affairs is disheartening - I am without a coffee machine, and my investment of £150 has effectively gone to waste. Faulty machine, no replacement, no refund

My review for kitchenaid.com Drip filter coffee machine broke within 9 months, company has phased out the product and cannot replace it. They have provided vouchers to use on their website but there are no other coffee machines in the same spec so I now have vouchers that I don't want and no coffee machine. They have a more expensive coffee machine available but will not provide me with that as a replacement. There is no way I would recommend this company. As it stands I have no coffee machine, I'm down £150 and I have some useless kitchenaid vouchers. Avoid at all costs.

This might have been the WORST customer…

My review for kitchenaid.com This might have been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had with any company. After over 21 emails back and forth showing multiple photos of my 5k dollar oven (less than 3 years old) they could not accurately tell me what part number I needed to have replaced. I’m in awe at how horrendous their customer service is. This will be the very last appliance I purchase from them.

I purchased an induction cooktop

My review for kitchenaid.com I purchased an induction cooktop, model KICU509XSS and after 2 years 3 months, two burners stopped working. I purchased the extended warranty! but guess what? no part available to fix. So, I got a percentage of the cost back. so, after a short two years, I am back trying to buy another cooktop. I lost $600 just on the cooktop, not including the installation that I paid to have this installed. Sad, since the cooktop was not used much.
